Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At timbstore.com, we strive to deliver quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns might not be eligible for all products. Please check the return applicability when you buy the product or add product to the cart.
Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Non-returnable items:
- Damaged or used products
- Products removed from original packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Digital downloads or services

Return Process

Email us at orders@timbstore.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will initiate a pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Alternatively, you can also submit a return request online on the timbstore under your order details for return applicable products by giving details about the reason of return and also share relevant images.

In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images. It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected.

The shipping charges are non-refundable.

If, your request is rejected before pickup or at the QC stage you can seek clarification by emailing us at: orders@timbstore.com

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email orders@timbstore.com with photos and order details.

Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel the orders till the time order is un-fulfilled or unshipped. Once shipped, the orders cannot be cancelled as they are already in transit. Usually, orders are fulfilled same day or within 24 hours.
You may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
